Manager, Finance and Administration
Claire was most recently the Manager of Finance at the Vancouver Economic Commission, an agency of the City of Vancouver that works to strengthen the City's economic future. Reporting to the CEO, Claire oversaw all financial, payroll and accounting activities for the organization. Prior to Vancouver Economic Commission, Claire worked for West Vancouver School District for over a decade and was responsible for managing over $9 million annual revenues in the School District’s renowned international student programs. Appointed by the Ministry of Advanced Education of British Columbia, Claire is currently a member of the Board of Governors for the Justice Institute of BC. Possessing the CPA designation, she has an MBA from Queen’s University and a BBA from SFU.
A long time Burnaby resident, Claire and her husband have two children, both born at Burnaby Hospital. She is passionate about being part of the dedicated team at the Foundation and looks forward to making meaningful differences in her own community.
